目的: 建立离子色谱法测定中药西瓜霜硫酸盐的含量。 方法: 采用IonPac® AS11-HC色谱柱和DIONEX ASRS® 300 4-mm抑制器,以30 mmol·L-1氢氧化钠为淋洗液,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,进样量100 μL,电导检测器进行检测,西瓜霜的含量以硫酸钠计。 结果: 硫酸钠进样量在1.1~111.7 μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000);平均加样回收率为99.9%(n=9)。 结论: 本方法操作简单,灵敏度和准确性较高,可用于西瓜霜的质量控制。

Objective: To establish a new method for determination of mirabilitum praeparatum by ion chromatography. Method: The IonPac® AS11-HC column was eluted with 30 mmol·L-1 of NaOH solution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,injection volume was 100 μL,and analytes were detected conductively with DIONEX ASRS® 300 4-mm suppressor.The content of the preparation was calculated in sulfates. Results: A good linearity of sodium sulfate in water melon frost was obtained at 1.1-111.7 μg·mL-1 with the correlation coefficent of 1.000.The average recovery was 99.9% (n=9). Conclusion: The developed method was proved to be simple,sensitive,accurate,appropriate for the quality control of sulfates content in mirabilitum praeparatum.
