目的: 建立降脂宁有效部位中金丝桃苷和异槲皮苷的HPLC含量测定方法。 方法: 采用SunFire C18色谱柱(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm),柱温35 ℃,流动相为乙腈-0.01%甲酸水溶液(15∶ 85,v/v),流速为0.8 mL·min-1,检测波长354 nm。 结果: 金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷平均回收率分别为100.0%和99.8%,RSD分别为2.6%和2.5%。 结论: 3批样品测定结果表明,该方法简便、准确,可用于降脂宁有效部位中金丝桃苷和异槲皮苷的含量测定。

Objective: To establish a method for the quantitative determination of hyperin and isoquercitrin in lipid-regulation and anti-oxidation effective fraction of Jiangzhining. Methods: The determination was carried out with SunFire C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), using acetonitrile-0.01% methanoic acid water solution (15∶ 85) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1 and detected at the wavelength 354 nm, column temperature 35 ℃. Results: The average recoveries of hyperin and isoquercitrin were 100.0% and 99.8% with RSD of 2.6% and 2.5%, respectively. Conclusion: The determination results of three batches of samples showed that the method is easy and accurate which can be used to determine the contents of hyperin and isoquercitrin in the effective fraction of Jiangzhining.
