Counterfeit antibiotics is becoming a serious problem both in devoloped and demeloping countris.It not only leads to fail in therapy,but also promotes drug resistance.This review reports on the deteciton tools being developed to identify counterfeit antibiotics,including colorimetric method,chromatogram,spectroscopy,mass spctrometric and nuclear magnetic resonance,etc.
