HPLC测定熟参益气止血颗粒中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量

目的: 建立高效液相色谱法测定熟参益气止血颗粒中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量。 方法: 采用Phenomenex Gemini C₁₈(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(28∶ 72),流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长212 nm。 结果: 川续断皂苷Ⅵ的线性范围为0.62~6.16 μg(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.2%(RSD=1.0%,n=6)。 结论: 本方法简便、准确、可靠,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于熟参益气止血颗粒中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的测定。

Objective: To develop an HPLC for the determination of asperosaponin Ⅵ in Shushen Yiqi Zhixue granules. Methods: Analyses were carried out on a Phenomenex Gemini C₁₈(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(28∶ 72)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1,and the detection wavelength was set at 212 nm. Results: The result showed that asperosaponin Ⅵ had a good linear relationship between 0.62-6.16 μg(r=0.9998),and the average recovery was 98.2%(RSD=1.0%,n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,reliable,sensitive,and can be used for the determination of asperosaponin Ⅵ in Shushen Yiqi Zhixue granules.
