RP-HPLC法测定复方鱼腥草片中(R,_S)-告依春的含量

目的: 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定复方鱼腥草片中(R,S)-告依春的含量。 方法: 采用C₁₈色谱柱,以0.05%磷酸溶液-乙腈(93∶ 7)为流动相,流速0.8 mL·min^-1,检测波长245 nm,柱温30 ℃。 结果: (R,S)-告依春在0.028~0.280 mg·mL^-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9995;平均回收率为99.7%。 结论: 该方法可作为复方鱼腥草片的质量控制方法。

Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of (R,S)-epigoitrin in compound Yuxingcao tablets. Methods: A C₁₈ column was adopted with 0.05% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(93∶ 7)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 245 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.028-0.280 mg·mL^-1(r=0.9995).The average recovery was 99.7%. Conclusion: The method can be used for determination of (R,S)-epigoitrin in compound Yuxingcao tablets.
