: 红外光谱专属性强,红外鉴别已成为化学原料药鉴别的必要项目。但对于药物制剂,由于辅料及工艺的影响,采用红外光谱鉴别存在一定的难度。研究应用红外光谱鉴别,已经提到日程上来,英国药典2009版对红外分光光度法附录作了大幅度修订,现对在研制过程中应用红外光谱鉴别研究的几种方法进行介绍。

: The specificity of infrared spectrophotometers was better,infrared identification of chemical raw materials has become necessary to identify the project.But for pharmaceutical preparations,due to the impact of excipients and processes,using infrared spectroscopy was a certain degree of difficulty.Research and application of infrared spectroscopy,had been on the agenda,the British Pharmacopoeia 2009 of infrared spectrophotometry appendix was substantially revised.The application of infrared spectroscopy of the several methods are introduced in the development process.
