目的: 建立复方亚硒酸钠滴眼液中微量元素锌的含量测定方法。 方法: 采用锌试剂分光光度法测定含量,测定波长619 nm。 结果: 硫酸锌在1.14~6.84 μg·mL-1 范围内,吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);高、中、低3种浓度的平均回收率为99.9%,100.0%,100.1%;微量元素锌RSD为0.83%,0.64%,0.81%(n=9)。 结论: 测定方法简便易行、快速、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the trace zinc in compound sodium selenite eye drops. Methods: Xinshiji Spectrophotometry was applied (detective wavelength 619 nm). Results: The detected concentration was good linear relationship with its absorbance (r=0.9999) within the range of 1.14-6.84 μg·mL-1 for zinc sulfate,The average recovery of the three concentrations (high,medium and low) was 99.9%,100.0%,100.1% with RSD 0.83%,0.64%,0.81% (n=9). Conclusion: The method was simple,quick and accurate for the determination of trace zinc in compound sodium selenite eye drops.
