目的: 建立同时测定鱼腥草注射液中4-萜烯醇、α-松油醇、乙酸龙脑酯和甲基正壬酮含量的方法。 方法: 采用气相色谱法;色谱柱:DB-1毛细管气相色谱柱 ( 30 m× 0.25 mm,0.25 μm );程序升温:70 ℃保持5 min,以5 ℃·min-1 上升至140 ℃,保持5 min,再以20 ℃·min-1 升至250 ℃;进样口温度:250 ℃;检测器:FID; 检测器温度:280 ℃;内标:十一碳烯。 结果: 4-萜烯醇、α-松油醇、乙酸龙脑酯和甲基正壬酮浓度分别在24.75~742.5 μg·mL-1 (r=1.0000 ),12.9~387.0 μg·mL-1 ( r=0.9999),20.4~612 μg·mL-1 ( r=0.9999 ),25.35~760.5 μg·mL-1 ( r=0.9999 )范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率 ( n=6)分别为96.3%,95.2%,97.6%,98.8%,RSD分别为1.5%,1.1%,2.1%,2.1%。 结论: 该方法简便、快速、准确,可有效控制鱼腥草注射液质量。

Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 4-terpineol,α-terpineol,bornyl acetate,and methyl-n-nonylketone in Houttuynia cordata injection. Methods: GC determination was performed on a DB-1 column (30 m × 0.25 mm,0.25 μm ).The column temperature was maintained at 70 ℃ after injection for 5 min,and programmed to 140 ℃ at the rate of 5 ℃·min-1,then held for 5 min.After that the temperature was elevated to 250 ℃ at the rate of 20 ℃ · min-1.The FID was used as detector,the temperature of the injection and the detector were set at 250 ℃and 280 ℃,respectively.Undecylene was used as internal standard. Results: Good linearity of the four components were obtained within the range of 24.75-742.5 μg·mL-1 (r=1.0000),12.90-387.0 μg·mL-1 ( r=0.9999 ),20.40-612.0 μg·mL-1 ( r=0.9999 ),25.35-760.5 μg·mL-1 ( r=0.9999 ),respectively.The average recoveries of 4-terpineol,α-terpineol,bornyl acetate,methyl-n-nonylketone were 96.3%,95.2%,97.6%,98.8% and the RSDs were 1.5%,1.1%,2.1%,2.1%,respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Houttuynia cordata injection.
