目的: 建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定清咽类保健食品中非法添加曲安西龙、氢化可的松、地塞米松、倍他米松、醋酸可的松、茶碱及沙丁胺醇的含量测定方法。方法: 采用Halo C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,2.7 μm) 色谱柱,以0.1%磷酸-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.8 mL·min-1,柱温为40 ℃,检测波长分别为240 nm、222 nm和274 nm。结果: 各组分在一定范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r>0.9995),平均回收率均在96.0%~103.0%,检出限为1.1~15.4 ng。结论: 本方法简便快捷、结果准确、重现性好、方法可行,可用于该类保健食品中非法添加化学药品的定量检测。

Objective: To build a method for the determination of triamcinolone,cortisol,dexamethasone,betamethasone,cortisone acetate,theophyllinum and albuterol by RP-HPLC. Methods: The 7 ingredients were separated on a Halo C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,2.7 μm) column.The mobile phase was 0.1% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile.The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1.The detective wavelength was 240 nm,222 nm and 274 nm. Results: Each ingredient in a certain range with a peak area of good linear relationship with concentration( r>0.9995).The recovery rates were between 97.0%-103.0%.The detection limit was between 1.1-15.4 ng. Conclusions: The method is accurate,convenient and suitable for the quantitative determination of illegal additives in health-care food.
