HPLC法测定清热解毒口服液中木犀草苷的含量

目的: 建立清热解毒口服液中木犀草苷的HPLC含量测定方法。 方法: 采用Agilent Zorbax SB C₁₈(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以0.2%磷酸(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长350 nm,柱温30 ℃。 结果: 木犀草苷进样量在36.6~366.0 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);方法回收率(n=6)为99.8%,RSD=3.4%。 结论: 方法简便、准确,可用于清热解毒口服液中木犀草苷的含量测定。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of luteolin in Qingre Jiedu oral solution. Methods: The Agilent Zorbax SB C₁₈(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was adopted;The mobile phase consisted of 0.2% phosphoric acid(A)-acetonitrile(B) with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1;The detecting wavelength was 350 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The linear range of luteolin was 36.6-366.0 ng(r=0.9999),and the average recovery was 99.8% with RSD of 3.4%. Conclusion: This method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and suitable to determine the contents of luteolin in Qingre Jiedu oral solution.
