目的: 建立益智药材中诺卡酮的含量测定方法。 方法: 采用超高效液相色谱法测定益智中诺卡酮的含量。色谱柱:Waters ACQUITY UPLCTM BEH Cl8(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 μm);流动相:乙腈-水(48∶ 52);检测波长:238 nm;流速:0.3 mL·min-1;柱温:30 ℃。 结果: 诺卡酮与其他成分分离良好;诺卡酮进样量在0.021~0.129 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率(n=6)为98.9%。 结论: 该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于测定益智药材中诺卡酮含量。

Objective: To establish a method for determination of nootkatone in Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae. Methods: Waters ACQUITY UPLCTM BEH Cl8(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 μm) column was adopted;The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(48∶ 52) at the flow rate of 0.3 mL·min-1;The detecting wavelength was 238 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: Nootkatone was well separated;The linearity was obtained within the range of 0.021-0.129 μg(r=0.9997);The average recovery(n=6)was 98.9%. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for determination of nootkatone in Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae.
