目的: 建立三蛇胆川贝糖浆中迷迭香酸的含量测定方法。 方法: 采用C18反相高效液相色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-0.4%磷酸(34∶ 66)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为330 nm。 结果: 迷迭香酸在0.01985~0.4961 μg范围内线性关系良好(r = 0.9998,n = 6)。平均回收率为98.20%,RSD =1.70%(n = 9)。 结论: 本法灵敏、准确,简便易行,重现性好,可用于三蛇胆川贝糖浆中肿节风药材的质量控制。

s Objective: Establish quantitative analytical method to determine the content of rosmartinic acid in sanshedanchuanbei syrup. Methods: HPLC method with C18 Column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),and the mixture of methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid(34∶ 66)as the mobile phase was adopted.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,and the UV detection wavelength was 330 nm. Results: The linear range of rosmartinic acid was in the range of 0.01985-0.4961 μg ( r=0.9998,n=6),the average recovery was 97.77% and RSD was 1.74%(n=9). Conclusions: This method is convenient,rapid,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for quality control of Sanshedanchuanbei syrup.
