目的: 建立紫外分光光度法测定抗疟药哌喹的含量。 方法: 以0.05 mol·L-1盐酸溶液为溶剂,测定波长为346 nm,通过专属性试验、准确度试验、线性试验、精密度试验等方法学研究,建立紫外分光光度法测定哌喹含量的方法。 结果: 哌喹测定的线性方程为:A=0.0637C-0.00033,r=0.9999,线性范围为4~12 μg·mL-1;准确度试验(n=9)平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为0.8%。 结论: 以紫外分光光度法测定哌喹的含量,方法准确、简单易行,是适合快速测定哌喹含量的方法。

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of piperaquine by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Methods: Ues 0.05 mol·L-1 HCl as solvent,detected at 346 nm,the method for determinating piperaquine was achieved through the investigation of specificity,accuracy,linearity and precision of ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results: The linear equation was A=0.0637C-0.00033,r=0.99999,and the calibration curve was linear in the range of 4-12 μg·mL-1 .The average recovery was 100.0% and RSD was 0.8%(n=9). Conclusions : The UV method was accurate and simple,and it is a rapid way for determination.
