目的: 对头孢氨苄的拉曼光谱与红外光谱的差异进行分析 ,对其分子振动光谱与结构特征相关进行分析和探讨。 方法: 采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和激光拉曼光谱仪对头孢氨苄进行光谱检测。 结果: 为药物合成及质量控制提供了重要的参考价值。 结论: 拉曼光谱分析法具有快速、简便、准确率高、无损测量及识别自动化等优点,有望成为药品日常监督中一种有效的鉴别手段。

Objective: To discussed the difference between infrared and Raman characteristic group frequencies of cefalexin,assigned the molecule vibration and identified to associate characteristic frequencies with its characteristic structure. Method: The molecular vibration of cefalexin was detected and measured by FTIR and FT-Raman. Result: These experiment results provide more important information for pharmaceutical synthesis and quality control. Conclusion: Raman spectroscopy is fast,simple,accurate,with automated identification and no sample damage,so it may be an effective identification means in daily inspection in the future.
