目的: 研究盐酸林可霉素2种晶型晶体结构中不同分子构象对其拉曼光谱行为的影响。 方法: 单晶X射线衍射法,傅立叶变换拉曼光谱法。 结果: 盐酸林可霉素2种晶型由于分属不同晶系及空间群,它们在晶胞中的分子内,分子间氢键与分子构象不同,从而造成其拉曼光谱行为的显著差别。 结论: 可用傅立叶变换拉曼光谱法鉴别盐酸林可霉素2种晶型。

Objective: To study the influences of different molecular conformations and hydrogen bond in the different lincomycin hydrochloride crystal structures on their behaviors of Fourier transform-Raman spectrum. Methods: Utilization of Fourier transformation – Raman spectroscopy for the analysis of two crystal forms of lincomycin hydrochloride. Results: because crystal form I and crystal formⅡ not only belong to different crystal systems and space groups,but also differences of two molecular conformations and hydrogen bonds of intra-and inter-molecular contribute,therefore significant different behaviors of their FT- Raman spectroscopy. Conclusions: The method can be used to identify the crystal formⅠ and crystal formⅡ of lincomycin hydrochloride.
