目的: 建立联苯双酯晶型的测定方法,并对国内联苯双酯原料的晶型进行考察。 方法: 利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定联苯双酯的晶型,考察在氮气氛下升温速率的影响。 结果: 国内不同生产企业生产的联苯双酯原料晶型不同,存在A晶型、B晶型和混合晶型。 结论: 该分析方法简便、快捷,可有效的控制联苯双酯的晶型。

Objective: To establish the methods for determination of bifendate polymorphism,and to determine the bifendate materials produced in China. Method :differentical scanning calorimetry(DSC)are used for determination bifendate polymorphism,and to study the inflence of increasing temperature under the atomosphere of nitrogen. Results: The crystalline forms of bifendate material made in China are differenet.There are form A,form B and compound form A and form B. Conclusion: DSC method is simple,rapid and can be applied to the control of bifendate polymorphism.
