目的: 测定磁石药材中无机元素的含量。 方法: 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析磁石中的无机元素,用SPSS16.0对数据进行相关性分析和主成分分析。 结果: 检测了磁石药材中的23种元素,部分元素间有一定的相关性;除了Fe元素外,Si、Al、Mg、Ca等元素的含量亦较高,而重金属有害元素的含量值得引起关注。 结论: 该法为磁石药材的质量分析及安全性评价提供了科学的参考依据。

Objective: To determine the contents of the inorganic elements in Magnetitum. Methods: Using closed systems in which samples are directly heated by microwaves allows decomposition at extremely high pressures.The samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrograph(ICP-MS) and the date of correlations and principal components were analyzed with the SPSS16.0 software. Results: 23 inorganic elements were determined.And there are some correlations among the inorganic elements.In addition to the element Fe,Si,Al,Mg、Ca and other elements of the content is also higher.The content of heavy metals and harmful elements should be cause for concern. Conclusion :This paper provided a scientific reference for the quality analysis and safety assessment of Magnetitum.
