目的: 建立评价六味地黄丸(大蜜丸)中蜂蜜辅料的质量评价方法,考察样品中辅料的质量。 方法: 采用薄层色谱法鉴别果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖,并采用高效液相色谱法测定4种糖的含量。薄层色谱法采用硅胶G板,冰醋酸-氯仿-乙醇(21∶23∶15)为展开剂,苯胺-二苯胺-磷酸为显色剂;高效液相色谱法含量测定采用Prevail Carbohydrate ES色谱柱,乙腈-水(75∶25)为流动相,示差折光检测器检测。 结果: 薄层色谱法及高效液相色谱法方法学验证符合要求。 结论: 本法简便、准确,可用于六味地黄丸(大蜜丸)中蜂蜜辅料的质量考察。

Objective: To establish the method for evaluating the honey in Liuweidihuang pills. Method: TLC and HPLC was adopted.The developer was glacial acetic acid-chloroform-ethanol(21∶23∶15);The separation was performed on Prevail Carbohydrate ES(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column. Results: The methodology of TLC and HPLC was accord with the requirements. Conclusion: A rapid,sensitive and accurate method can provide a scientific basis for the quality control of Liuweidihuang(big honeyed pills)
