近红外光谱药品快速鉴别技术在基层药品检验中的应用

目的: 研究近红外光谱(NIR)药品快速鉴别技术在基层药品打假工作中的新应用。 方法: 通过比较同源药品NIR图谱特征谱段存在的差异,现场筛查发现可疑药品。 结果: 发现数批无模型或不宜建模品种的假药,拓展了NIR药品快速鉴别技术的应用范围,在基层药品打假中发挥了重要作用。 结论: 本方法直观、简单、快捷、实用,为NIR药品快速鉴别技术的推广应用提供了新思路,有助于进一步推进药品检测车工作开展。

Objective: New application of rapid identification technique of NIR for drug to cracking down on counterfeit drug in basic level was investigated. Method: Questionable drug was screened and found out by means of comparing difference existed in the characteristic spectra of NIR of isogenous drug in locus in quo. Result: Several batches of counterfeit drug without models or not suitable for modeling were found out.The applied range of rapid identification technique of NIR for drug was expanded and it played an important role in cracking down on counterfeit drug in basic level. Conclusion: The method is direct-viewing,simple,shorcut and practical.It provides new ideas for the promotion and application of rapid identification technique of NIR for drug.It also conduces to facilitating the development of the mobile laboratory.
