目的: 比较酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)与快速免疫荧光灶抑制试验(RFFIT)检测狂犬病疫苗免疫后血清抗体。 方法: 临床狂犬病疫苗免疫前、免疫后血清共123份,分别用2种方法检测血清抗狂犬病抗体,比较一致性、敏感性和特异性。 结果: ELISA与RFFIT的一致性为92.7%。 结论: 2种方法检测结果无明显差异,均可适用于抗狂犬病毒抗体检测。

Objective: To compare and evaluate ELISA and RFFIT for the determination of human anti-rabies virus antibodies. Method: 123 Sera from rabies vaccinated and non-vaccinated individuals were tested using two methods. Results: The agreement of ELISA when compared to RFFIT was 92.7%. Conclusion: The assay was showing no significant difference between ELISA and RFFIT.This ELISA kit can be used as a sensitive and reliable assay for rabies antibody detection.
