HPLC法测定肠炎宁糖浆中鸡屎藤苷甲酯的含量

目的: 建立高效液相色谱法测定肠炎宁糖浆中鸡屎藤苷甲酯的含量。 方法: 采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C₁₈(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(13∶ 87),流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长235 nm。 结果: 鸡屎藤苷甲酯浓度在0.09~1.84 mg·mL^-1范围内,与峰面积呈良好线性关系;鸡屎藤苷甲酯平均回收率(n=6)为103.5%,RSD为1.9%。 结论: 本方法准确、简便,可用于测定肠炎宁糖浆中鸡屎藤苷甲酯的含量。

Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determination of scandoside methyl ester in Changyanning syrup. Methods: The separation was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C₁₈(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with a mobile phase of methanol-water(13∶ 87).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,and the detecting wavelength was 235 nm. Results: The linear range of scandoside methyl ester was 0.09-1.84 mg·mL^-1,and the average recovery(n=6)was 103.5% with RSD of 1.9%. Conclusion: The proposed method is simple,rapid and accurate for the determination of scandoside methyl ester in Changyanning syrup.
