高效液相色谱法测定药用辅料苋菜红的含量

目的: 建立高效液相色谱法测定药用辅料苋菜红的含量。 方法: 采用安捷伦C₁₈柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-0.02 mol·L^-1乙酸铵溶液(15∶ 85)为流动相;流速为1.0 mL·min^-1;检测波长为218 nm;柱温为35 ℃。 结果: 苋菜红线性范围为5.82~116.42 μg·mL^-1,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD=0.23%。 结论: 改进后的方法简单、准确,能控制该制剂的质量。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of amaranth of pharmaceutical supplementary materials. Methods: Agilent C₁₈ (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used with column temperature at 35 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2 mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate solution (15∶ 85)and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,the detective wavelength was set at 218 nm. Results: The calibration curve of Amaranth was linear within the range of 5.82-116.42 μg·mL^-1 (r=0.999 9),the average recovery rate was 100.0%,RSD was 0.23%. Conclusion: The improved method is simple and accurate to the quality control for Amaranth.
