目的: 采用高效液相色谱法,对酚麻美敏片中盐酸伪麻黄碱、马来酸氯苯那敏和氢溴酸右美沙芬进行分离和含量测定。 方法: 采用ZORBAX300-SCX柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.02 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(55∶ 45),流速:1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长263 nm,柱温:28 ℃。 结果: 盐酸麻黄碱、马来酸氯苯那敏和氢溴酸右美沙芬浓度分别在0.06~0.6 mg·mL-1 (r=0.9992),0.04~0.4 mg·mL-1(r=0.9998)和0.032~0.32 mg·mL-1(r=0.9992)范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为94.2%~102.2%,95.3%~101.1%和98.5%~102.2%。 结论: 本法快速、简便,重复性好。

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of three components in acetaminophen compound caplets tablets by HPLC. Method: The ZORBAX 300-SCX column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used,mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L-1potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (55∶ 45) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,detection wavelength being 263 nm and temperature being 28 ℃. Result: The standard curves of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,chlorpheniramine maleate and dextromethorphan hydrobromide showed good linearity over the range of 0.06-0.6 mg·mL-1 (r=0.9992),0.04-0.4 mg·mL-1(r=0.9998) and 0.032-0.32 mg·mL-1(r=0.9992),respectively.The average recoveries of the method were 94.2%-102.2%,95.3%-101.1% and 98.5%-102.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and reproducible.
