HPLC同时测定爵床药材中6'-羟基-爵床定B和6'-羟基-爵床定A的含量

目的: 建立爵床药材中6'-羟基-爵床定B和6'-羟基-爵床定A 2个活性成分的HPLC含量测定方法。 方法: 采用RAINBOW Micsphere-C₁₈(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-水(40∶60),流速:1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长256 nm,柱温30 ℃。 结果: 6'-羟基-爵床定B和 6'-羟基-爵床定A的线性范围分别为2.2~22.0 μg·mL^-1(r=0.9996)和1.7~17.0 μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999);平均回收率(n=3)分别为98.1%(RSD=2.5%)和 99.4% (RSD=1.8%)。 结论: 本方法稳定,重现性好,操作简单,可用于爵床药材的质量控制。

Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of 6'-hydroxy-justicidin B and 6'-hydroxy-justicidin A in Herba Justiciae. Method: The sample was analyzed on a RAINBOW Micsphere-C₁₈(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column at 30 ℃,with mobile phase consisting of 40% acetonitrile and 60% water at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The wavelength was at 256 nm. Results: The linear ranges of the two components were 2.2-22.0 μg·mL^-1(r=0.9996) and 1.7-17.0 μg·mL^-1 (r=0.9999).The average recoveries (n=3) of the two components was 98.1% (RSD=2.5%) and 99.4% (RSD=1.8%) respectively. Conclusion: The method is stable and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Herba Justiciae.
