愈心痛胶囊质量标准的研究及确定

目的: 研究愈心痛胶囊的质量标准。 方法: TLC法鉴别红参、三七及RP—HPLC法测定延胡索乙素的含量。含量采用Waters C₁₈色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为乙睛-0.1%三乙胺溶液(50∶50),流速1 mL·min^-1;检测波长:282 nm;用外标法定量。结果: 阴性对照均无干扰; 0.08472~2.118 μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.4％(n=6)。结论:所建方法简单、可靠,可用于愈心痛胶囊的质量控制。

Objective: To establish a method for the quality standard of Yuxintong capsules . Methods: The TLC methods were established for red gingseng and Sanchi, and a RP—HPLC methed was established for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine on Waters a C₁₈ analytical column (200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% tiethylamine solution-water(50∶50∶0.2) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1.The detection, wavelength was 282 nm.Results: Identification:negative control average non-interference;content:the linear range was 0.08472-2.118 μg,(r=0.9999)average recovery(n=6)was 98.4％. Conclusion: The method is convenient reliable and suitable for quality assessment of Yuxintong capsules.
