<p>目的: 建立消肿止痛类中成药中违禁添加双氯芬酸钠和氨基比林的专属检测方法。方法: 采用超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱,多反应监测(MRM)模式进行定性和定量检测。 结果: 双氯芬酸钠和氨基比林的线性范围为5.0~200 μg·L<sup>-1</sup>,检出限为1.66和0.35 μg·L<sup>-1</sup>,2种药物平均回收率在96.1%~98.6%之间。样品筛查结果一批样品违禁添加了双氯芬酸钠。结论: 本方法选择性强、灵敏度高、处理方法简单,测定快速,可用于消肿止痛类中成药中违禁添加双氯芬酸钠和氨基比林的测定。</p>

<p>Objective: To establish a specific method for determination of diclofenac sodium and aminophenazone in traditional Chinese medicines preparation. Methods: Qualitative and quantitative analysis by UPLC-MS/MS and multi-reactions monitoring(MRM)technology. Results: The standard curves of diclofenac sodium and aminophenazone showed good linearity over the concentration range of 5.0-200 μg·L<sup>-1</sup>.The detection limits were 1.66 μg·L<sup>-1</sup> and 0.35 μg·L<sup>-1</sup> respectively.The average recoveries of two chemicals were 96.1%-98.6%. Diclofenac sodium was found in one formulations of twelve. Conclusion: The method was specific,sensitive,operate easily and quickly,and could be used to detect diclofenac sodium and aminophenazone in traditional Chinese medicines preparationof detumescent analgesic category.</p>
