细菌内毒素阈下剂量多次给药对家兔致热敏感性改变的研究

目的: 对多次阈下剂量静脉给药造成家兔对细菌内毒素敏感性的改变进行研究探讨。 方法 :模拟热原检查法,对家兔每隔48 h静脉注射小剂量细菌内毒素,分别重复5次和10次,最后静脉注射大剂量细菌内毒素,记录各组家兔体温变化并进行统计学处理。 结果 :经统计学处理,多次静脉给药组家兔体温升高值明显低于空白组,其差异具有显著性意义。 结论 :多次阈下剂量静脉给药可造成家兔对细菌内毒素敏感性降低,可能造成热原检查结果假阴性。

Objective: To study the change of rabbit’s sensitivity to bacterial endotoxin after inject subthreshold dose repeatedly. Methods :Simulate Pyrogen test,injecting intravenously small doses of bacterial endotoxin to the same rabbit every 48 hours,Repeat 5 times,respectively,and 10 times,Finally,injecting intravenously large doses of bacterial endotoxin and recording the body temperature of rabbits. Results :By statistical analysis,the changes of temperature are significant differences after the last intravenous injection of large doses of bacterial endotoxin between the small dose of bacterial endotoxin group and the control group. Conclusions :Inject subthreshold dose of bacterial endotoxin repeatedly can reduce rabbit's sensitivity to it and the result of pyrogen test may be a false negative.
