目的:建立ICP-AES法测定辅酶A中4种金属元素含量的方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,采用标准曲线法测定。ICP-AES参数为:射频功率:1250 W,载气流速:1.0 L·min-1,辅气流速:15 L·min-1,样品提升速率:1.85 mL·min-1,积分时间:15 s。结果:在优化条件下,测定各元素的工作曲线,相关系数均在0.9999以上,测定方法RSD均小于5.0%(n=6),各元素的平均加样回收率为97.9%~103.2%。结论:ICP-AES是测定辅酶A中金属元素的有效分析方法,方法简便、快速、准确。

Objective: To establish a method for determination of metallic elements in coenzyme A. Method:The sample was digested with microwave digestion system and the concentration of the metallic elements was determined by standard curve method.The power was 1250 W.The flow rate of carrier gas was 1.0 L·min-1. The flow rate of assistant gas was 15 L·min-1.enhance the rate of sample was 1.85 mL·min-1. Integration time was 15 s.Results:The liner correlative coefficients for 4 metallic elements was above 0.9999,with the RSDs<5.0%(n=6),and the average recoveries ranged from 97.9% to 103.2%.Conclusion: The proposed method offers simple and fast operation,high sensitivity and accuracy,and it is a substitute method to determinate the metallic elements in coenzyme A.
