目的: 建立高效液相色谱法测定多维元素泡腾片中5种B族维生素的含量。 方法: 以Inertsil ODS-3 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)为分析柱,乙腈-0.003 mol·L-1己烷磺酸钠溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL·min-1;检测波长为277 nm;柱温为40 ℃。 结果: 维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、烟酰胺、叶酸的浓度分别在8.45~50.7 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997)、9.27~55.6 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997)、11.1~66.5 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998)、91.4~548 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998)、0.85~5.09 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率(n=9)分别为100.7%,98.5%,99.8%,100.1%,100.4%。重复性的RSD(n=6)分别为0.9%,0.9%,1.3%,1.1%,1.2%。 结论: 该法专属性好,操作简便,准确度高,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of vitamin B complex in multivitamin effervescent tablets. Methods: The separation was performed on an Inertsil ODS-3 C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm); a gradient elution procedure was composed of acetonitrile-0.003 mol·L-1 1-hexanesulfonic acid sodium salt solution, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; detective wavelength was set at 277 nm. The separation was performed at 40 ℃. Results: Vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, nicotinamide, folic acid had good linearity in the range of 8.45-50.7 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997), 9.27-55.6 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997), 11.1-66.5 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998), 91.4-548 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998), 0.85-5.09 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997), respectively. The average recoveries (n=9) were 100.7%, 98.5%, 99.8%, 100.1%, 100.4%, respectively. RSDs of repeatability(n=6) were 0.9%, 0.9%, 1.3% , 1.1%, 1.2%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is reproducible, simple and accurate. It can be used for the determination of vitamin B complex in multivitamin effervescent tablets.
