目的: 建立复方氯化钠滴眼液中氯化钾含量测定的方法。方法: 采用火焰原子吸收光谱法,标准曲线法测定。结果: 氯化钾线性范围为0~1.0025 μg·mL-1(r=0.9990);平均回收率为101.7%(n=9)。结论:本法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于复方氯化钠滴眼液中氯化钾的质量控制。

Objective: To establish a method for determine the content of potassium chloride in compound sodium chloride eye drops. Methods: Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry with direct calibration was used. Results: The linear range of potassium chloride was within 0-1.0025 μg·mL(r=0.9990).The average recovery was 101.7%(n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of compound sodium chloride eye drops.
