HPLC法同时测定刺五加浸膏中3种有效成分的含量

目的: 测定刺五加浸膏中紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E和异秦皮啶3种有效成分的含量。 方法: 采用高效液相色谱法,在C₁₈柱上以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^-1;柱温30^OC;检测波长:220 nm。 结果: 被测的3个成分在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.8%~99.0%,RSD为1.8%~2.6%。 结论: 所建立的方法简便、准确,可用于刺五加浸膏的质量控制。

Objectives: To establish an HPLC method for determination of 3 bioactive components namely syringin,eleutheroside E,isofraxidin in Ciwujia extractum. Methods: Three components were separated by C₁₈ chromatographic column with a gradient mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1,column temperature of 30 ℃,and detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. Results: The three compounds in their respective peak areas had good linearities and the average recovery rates were 97.8%-99.0%,RSD was 1.8%-2.6%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Ciwujia extractum.
