目的: 建立同时测定仙灵骨葆胶囊中朝藿定B、朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。 方法: 采用Elite SinoChrom ODS-AP色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-水(B),梯度洗脱(0~8 min,27% A;8~30 min,27%→29% A),流速1 mL·min-1,检测波长270 nm。 结果: 朝藿定B进样量在0.012~0.234 μg,朝藿定C在0.107~2.136 μg,淫羊藿苷在0.023~0.682 μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);朝藿定B、朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷回收率(n=3)分别为99.5%~102.7%,101.2%~102.8%,96.7%~104.0%;仙灵骨葆胶囊中朝藿定B、朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷的含量分别为0.638~1.651 mg·g-1,8.767~17.681 mg·g-1,3.166~5.610 mg·g-1。 结论: 该方法简便、快速、准确,重复性好,可作为仙灵骨葆胶囊多成分检测的方法。

Objective: To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of epimedin B,epimedin C and icariin in Xianlinggubao capsules. Methods: The samples were separated on Elite SinoChrom ODS-AP (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column by gradient elution with acetonitrile(A)-water(B)(0-8 min,27% A;8-30 min,27%→29% A) as the mobile phase;The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,and the wavelength was 270 nm. Results: The linear ranges of epimedin B and epimedin C,icariin were 0.012-0.234 μg(r=0.9999),0.107-2.136 μg(r=0.9999) and 0.023-0.682 μg(r=0.9999),respectively.The average recoveries of epimedin B,epimedin C and icariin were 99.5%-102.7%,101.2%-102.8%,96.7%-104.0%,respectively.The contents of epimedin B,epimedin C and icariin were 0.638-1.651 mg·g-1,8.767-17.681 mg·g-1,3.166-5.610 mg·g-1,respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple,quick,sensitive,reliable and reproducible.It can be used for the determination of epimedin B,epimedin C and icariin in Xianlinggubao capsules.
