摘要 目的：测定肝素及其类似物中游离和结合硫酸根含量。方法：高效阴离子交换色谱法，采用酸水解法或氧瓶燃烧法对样品进行有机破坏后，测定样品中总硫酸根含量，样品直接溶解后测定样品中游离硫酸根含量，通过计算得到样品中结合硫酸根含量。结果：对多批肝素钠、硫酸皮肤素、硫酸软骨素、多硫酸软骨素进行了测定。结论：本文实验方法可以用于肝素类样品游离和结合硫酸根的测定。

AbstractObjective:To determine the content of free and linked sulfate content of heparin and heparin-like materials.Method:We directly determined the free sulfate content of samples and we hydrolyzed or burnt the samples to determine the total sulfate content by high performance anion exchange chromatograghy(HPAEC).Results:Lots of heparin and heparin-like materials had been tested.Conclusion:This HPAEC method could be used to determine the content of free and linked sulfate of heparin-like materials.
