目的:建立了红花注射液中钾含量的测定方法。方法:以氯化铯为消电离剂,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法直接测定钾含量。结果:1~10 μg•mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r = 0.9999),平均回收率(n = 6)为100.9%(RSD为2.7%)。结论:本方法操作简便快速,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可推广用于中药注射液的质量控制。

AbstractObjective:To establish determination method of potassium in Honghua Injection.Methods:Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used for direct determination of potassium with caesium chloride as ionization inhibitor.Results:The calibration curve was linear(r=09999)in the range of 1-10μg·mL-1, the mean recovery was 1009% with RSD 27%.Conclusion:Accurate and repeatable result can be achieved by simple and rapid procedures.The proposed method can be promoted to quality control of TCM injection.
