商陆药材中商陆皂苷甲的含量测定___

Objective:To develop an HPLC-ELSD method to determine the content of esculentoside A in herbal medicines Radix Phytolaccae,for controlling the quality.Methods:Kromasil C₁₈(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was adopted,with mixture of methanol and 0.4% acetic acid(70∶30) as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.An evaporative light scattering detector was used.The temperature of drift tube was set at 76.5 ℃,and the gas flow rate was 2.1 L·min^-1.Results:The linear range of esculentoside A was 50.7-507 μg·mL^-1,the correlation coneffcient was 0.9992;The average recovery(n=9) was 98.7%.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,specific.It can offer references for the quality control of herbal medicines Radix Phytolaccae.
