高效液相色谱-离子阱质谱串联技术应用于鉴别中药中非法添加西地那非类似物的研究___

目的：通过应用高效液相色谱-离子阱质谱联用技术鉴别中药中添加的西地那非类似物。方法：对西地那非对照品进行了正离子模式和负离子模式的多级质谱解析，并总结其裂解规律。通过对胶囊内容物的总离子流图分析，确定3个可疑成分，并对其进行多级质谱裂解分析。结果：推测了3个可疑成分的结构，并确定其为西地那非类似物。结论：提出以特征性碎片离子作为鉴别中药非法添加化学品的指标。

Objective: Identification of sildenafil analogues illegally mixed into Chinese traditional medicine by high performance liquid chromatography -ion trap mass spectrometry. Methods: The reference standar of sildenafil were made MSⁿ analysis in the positive and negative ion mode to elucidate the fragmentation pathways. Three dubious constituents were made MSⁿ analysis which were selected by analysis of TIC. Results: To conclude structure of the three dubious constituents and confirm them sildenafil analogues. Conclusion: Identification of chemicals illegally mixed into Chinese traditional medicine by determination of characteristic fragment ions.
