应用TLC联合MS技术鉴定中药制剂中非法添加的地西泮和氯硝西泮___

Objective: To develop a specific method for the identification of diazepam and clonazepam aadded illegally in traditional Chinese medincine. Methods:TLC was used to test the doubted components in four traditional Chinese medincines ,we detected the doubted component’s spots separated from the TLC by MS and compared the MS¹and MS² spectra with diazepam and clonazepam reference. Result: we found the same pseudomolecular [M+H]⁺ and their product ions at MS² in the doubted component’s spots MS spectra with the references. Conclusion:The method is sensitive and accurate, can be used to detect the illegal mixtures in traditional Chinese medincine preparations.
