Objective:To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of curdione,germacrone, furanodiene in Oleum Curcumae.Methods:HPLC was performed on an Agilent Extend Cl8 analytical column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 µm) with gradient elution(0-20 min,60% A→95% A;20-35 min,95% A) of acetonitrile(A)-water(B) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1;Detection wavelength was 216 nm,and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃.Results:Curdione,germacrone,and furanodiene had good linearity in the ranges of 68.04-3402 ng(r=1.000),26.02-1301 ng(r=1.000),and 40.14-2007 ng(r=1.000),respectively.The average recoveries were 102.0%(RSD=0.69%),101.2%(RSD=0.65%),99.70%(RSD=0.54%);Repeatability experiments showed that RSD values of their contents were less than 1.0%.Conclusion:The developed method is rapid,accurate with high repeatability and stability,which is helpful to control the quality of Oleum Curcumae.
