目的:分析贵州产艾叶挥发油的主要化学成分,为遗传毒性的研究提供科学依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从艾叶中提取挥发油;用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行分离鉴定;用归一化法测定其相对含量。结果:分离出88个峰,其中鉴定了56个成分,占挥发油色谱峰面积的74.26 % 。结论:贵州产艾叶挥发油的主要成分为桉油精(7.22 %)、表蓝桉醇(8.79 %)、Filifolone(7.29 %)、4-松油醇(6.81 %)、β-丁香烯(4.93 %)等。

Objective:To analyze the main chemical constituents of the essential oil from Artemisia argyi Levl. et Vant. in guizhou, and provide the scientific evidence for genotoxicity Methods:The essential oil was extracted from Artemisia argyi Levl.et Vant. by steam distillation;The components of the essential oil were separated and identified by GC-MS;The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Results:Eighty-eight kinds of components were separated. Among them,fifty-six compenonts were identified,accounting about 74.26% of the total essential oil. Conclusions:The main chemical constituents of the essential oil from Artemisia argyi Levl. et Vant. in Guizhou are 1,8-Cineole(7.22 %)、epi-Globulol(8.79 %)、Filifolone(7.29 %)、Terpinen-4-ol(6.81 %)、β-Caryophyllene(4.93 %),et al.
