摘要 目的:研究小牛血清去蛋白提取物对小鼠的抗缺氧及增强记忆力作用。
方法:以昆明种小鼠为研究对象,按照不同试验条件,分别注射不同剂量小牛血清去蛋白提取物,观察小鼠断头张嘴时间,进行耐缺氧试验(记录小鼠存活时间)以及小鼠跑迷宫试验。
结果:注射不同剂量小牛血清去蛋白提取物后,小鼠断头张嘴时间、耐缺氧存活时间以及跑迷宫到达率显著提高。
结论:小牛血清去蛋白提取物具有抗脑缺氧作用和增强小鼠记忆功能。

Objective:To investigate the anti-hypoxia activity and enhancing memory effect of deproteinized calf serum extract on mice. Method:Kunming mice were used in 3 independent experiments. According to different experimental conditions, they were observed the panting time after decapitation, processed to do oxygen deficiency tolerance experiments and maze tests in different groups after being given different doses of deproteinized calf serum extract. Results: The panting time after decapitation and the survival time of hypoxia tolerance as well as the arrival rate of mice in maze test were remarkably raised. Conclusion:Deproteinized calf serum extract showed anti-hypoxic and enhancing memory effects on brain in mice.
