目的:建立盐酸克伦特罗(CBL)小鼠慢性中毒模型,研究CBL在小鼠毛发、肝肾和肌肉中分布的关系。方法:按1mg/kg·bw给予实验小鼠CBL水溶液,灌胃30d,从第9d开始采集样本,运用衍生化法和气/质联用技术对样本中CBL残留量进行定性和定量分析。结果:慢性中毒小鼠毛发、肝肾和肌肉中CBL残留量按浓度大小依次为:毛发>肝肾>肌肉。结论:CBL大量残留在毛发当中,对于CBL残留量的检测极有意义。

Objective:To develop a model of chronic clenbuterol(CBL) poisoned rats and studied its contribution and the corresponding correlation in hair,liver, kidney and muscle of rats. Methods: Rats were administered with CBL solutions(1mg/kg·bw) for 30 days to set up chronic CBL poisoned animal model, then specimens were collected from the ninth day. Specimens were derived and the level of CBL in hair ,liver,kidney and muscle of rats was determined with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Results: The order of concentration of CBL was as follows: hair>liver,kidney>muscle. Conclusion: CBL is mainly distributed in hair of chronic poisoned rats.
