目的:采用LC-MS/MS联用技术,检查中药制剂中掺入的茶碱、醋酸泼尼松、地西泮、吡罗昔康、萘普生、吲哚美辛、双氯芬酸钠。方法:色谱柱为Phenomenex C18(250mm×4.6mm,5µm),柱温30℃,流动相为甲醇-甲酸盐缓冲溶液(取甲酸铵0.5g,加水2000 mL使溶解,用冰醋酸调pH值至3.86)(60:40),流速1mL·min-1,检测波长为240nm,电喷雾离子源(ESI),正离子模式,雾化气压力207kpa,干燥气温度350℃,流速10L·min-1,扫描范围100~600。结果:检出6批假药中掺入的茶碱、醋酸泼尼松、地西泮、吡罗昔康、萘普生、吲哚美辛、双氯芬酸钠。 结论: 建立的LC-MS/MS方法可同时鉴定掺入的上述西药成分。

Objective: TodeployLC-MS/MSmultiple techniques for identify theophylline,prednisone acetate, diazepam,piroxicam,naproxen,indometacin,diclofenac sodium added into traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The column was phenomenex C18(250mm×4.6mm,5µm),and the temperature was set at 30℃,the mobile phase was methanol-ammonium formate buffer(0.5g ammonium formate dissolved in 2000mL water , adjust pH to 3.86 with acetate acid)(60:40),and the flow rate was 1mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was at 240nm,Electrospray ionization source(ESI)was applied and operated in positive ion mode, nebulizer pressure was 207kpa,drying gas temperature was at 350℃ and flow was 10L·min-1, the scanning range was from 100 to 600. Results: Foundseven above mentioned components in six counterfeit drugs. Conclusion: The LC-MS/MS methods established can be used to quantitatively determine the seven above mentioned components simultaneously.
