摘要目的:对原子吸收分光光度法测定血液滤过置换液中总钠含量不确定度进行分析,以期找出影响不确定度的因素,为评价检测报告提供科学依据。方法:用原子吸收分光光度法测定血液滤过置换液中总钠含量,并根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059-1999)中有关规定评估其不确定度。结果:本实验的不确定度评估为018 mg·mL-1。结论:本实验的不确定度主要由标准曲线及仪器读数所引入。

Abstract Objective:To find out the effect factors of uncertainty by analyzing the uncertainty of the detection of total sodium in hemofiltration replacement fluid by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and provide the evidence to evaluate the measurement.Methods:To determinate the total sodium in hemofiltration replacement fluid by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and appraise the uncertainty according to JJF1059-1999.Result:The uncertainty of this test is 018 mg·mL-1.Conclusion:It is found out that the uncertainty of this experiment is main caused by calibration curve and measurement results of apparatus.
