摘要 目的：建立HPLC法同时测定杞蓉片中五味子醇甲、欧前胡素和蛇床子素含量。方法：采用Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱，以甲醇-水(65∶35)为流动相；流速1.0 mL·min-1，柱温35 ℃；检测波长250 nm。结果：五味子醇甲、欧前胡素和蛇床子素进样浓度分别在4~40 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997)，2.46~24.6 μg·mL-1(r=0.9999)，16.5~165 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997)范围内，与峰面积呈良好的线性关系；平均回收率(n=9)分别为102.3%，101.5%，102.0%。结论：本方法简便、准确，专属性强，为杞蓉片的质量控制提供了依据。

Abstract Objectives:To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of schizandrin, imperatorin and osthole in Qirong tablets. Methods: The analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C 18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-water(65∶35).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 and column temperature was 35 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 250 nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 4-40 μg·mL -1( r= 0.9997) -24.6 μg·mL-1(r=0.9999) for imperatorin,and 16.5-165 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997) for osthole, respectively;The recoveries(n=9) of schizandrin, imperatorin and osthole were 102.3%,101.5%,and 102.0%,respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and selective. It can be applied to determine schizandrin, imperatorin and osthole in Qirong tablets.for schizandrin, 2.46
