HPLC法同时测定骨刺消痛胶囊中落干酸和龙胆苦苷的含量___

摘要 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定骨刺消痛胶囊中落干酸和龙胆苦苷的含量。方法：采用Elite-ODS色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm, 5μm），以乙腈-0.3%乙酸溶液 (10:90)为流动相；流速：1.0 mL•min-1；柱温：35℃；检测波长：250nm。结果：落干酸进样量在0.12～0.98μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r = 0.9997)；龙胆苦苷进样量在0.36～1.46μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r = 0.9996)。骨刺消痛胶囊中落干酸和龙胆苦苷的的平均回收率分别为99.2%和99.7%。结论：采用HPLC法测定骨刺消痛胶囊中落干酸和龙胆苦苷的含量，样品处理方法简便，测定结果准确，方法专属性强，精密度高，重复性好，可用于骨刺消痛胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of loganic acid and gentiopicroside in GuciXiaotong Capsules. Method: An external standard method with Elite-ODS as fixed phase and acetonitrile-0.3% acetic acid solution (10:90) as mobile phase was adopted. The column temperature was set at 35℃. The wavelength for the detection was 250 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL . min-1. Results: The linear range of loganic adid was good within the range of 0.12-0.98 μg (r = 0.9997) and that of gentiopicroside was good within the range of 0.36-1.46 μg (r = 0.9996). The average recoveries of loganic adid and gentiopicroside were 99.2 % and 99.7 % in GuciXiaotong Capsules. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, stable and reliable for the simultaneously determination of loganic adid and gentiopicroside in GuciXiaotong Capsules.
