目的：建立测定磷霉素氨丁三醇效价的方法。方法：采用浊度法测定磷霉素氨丁三醇含量，对药典规定的检定菌进行选择,并对微生物浊度法测定磷霉素氨丁三醇效价进行试验设计，结果与管碟法相比较。结果：选择大肠埃希菌为检定菌，浊度法线性范围为12u•mL-1～42u•mL-1，线性方程： Y=-0.7806log(C)+1.5553，r=0.9983。结论：浊度法与管碟法的测定结果无显著性差异，可作为磷霉素氨丁三醇的效价测定方法之一，且更快捷、方便。

To develop a turbidimetric method to determine Fosfomycin Trometamol. Method：Turbidimetric method was used to determine Fosfomycin Trometamol ,compared with diffusion method. Results:The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 12 u•mL-1～42 u•mL-1 (r=0.9983) and the average recovery was 99.8% . Conclusion:Turbidimetric method can be used for determining the content of Fosfomycin Trometamol
