摘要 目的：建立灵敏、简便、快速测定替米沙坦的微分脉冲伏安法。方法：循环伏安法(CV)和微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)。结果：在7.5×10-5 mol•L-1十二烷基苯磺酸钠（SDBS）溶液存在下，0.1 mol•L-1 HClO4溶液中，替米沙坦在乙炔黑碳糊电极上于1.42 V (vs.SCE) 处产生一灵敏的氧化峰，氧化峰电流与替米沙坦的浓度在2.5×10-7~2.0×10-5 mol•L-1之间有良好的线性关系。结论：方法可用于药品样品中替米沙坦的测定。

Abstract Objective:A sensitive and simple electrochemical method was developed for the determination of telmisartan via the optimization of test condition.Method:Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and cyclic voltammetry (CV).Result:A well-defined and sensitive oxidation peak was observed for telmisartan at the acetylene black paste electrode in the mixture of 0.1 mol•L-1 HClO4 and 7.5×10-5 mol•L-1 sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS),the oxidation peak current has the good linear relations for the telmisartan between 2.5×10-7-2.0×10-5 mol•L-1.Conclusion:It obtains satisfaction result for determination of the telmisartan by means of the new voltammetric method in drugs.
