摘要 目的:建立蜂胶及其制品中铅的新检测方法。方法:样品经微波消解,通过优化基体改进剂及石墨炉升温程序,建立了塞曼扣背景石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅。结果:方法的检出限为0.002 mg·kg-1,定量限为0.007 mg·kg-1;进样精密度为2.2%~3.2%(n=8);回收率为95.0%~108.0%。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于蜂胶及其制品中铅的测定。

Abstract Objective:To establish a new method of determination of lead in propolis and its products.Methods:Samples were digested with microwave digestion system and the method for the determination of lead by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS) was developed with optimizing matrix modifier and GFAAS temp-control program.Results:The detection limit was 0.002 mg·kg-1 and LOQ was 0.007 mg·kg-1;The precision was 2.2%-3.2%(n=8),and the recovery was 95.0%-108.0%.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the determination of lead in propolis.
