灵芝孢子油中7个脂肪酸的含量测定

目的:建立气相色谱法测定灵芝孢子油中7个脂肪酸(肉豆蔻酸、十五烷酸、棕榈酸、十七烷酸、硬脂酸、油酸和亚油酸)含量的分析方法。方法:采用HP-FFAP(30 mm×0.32 mm×250 μm)色谱柱,程序升温的方式对灵芝孢子油中7个脂肪酸含量进行测定研究。结果:各脂肪酸线性关系良好,重复性RSD均在3.0%以下,加样回收率(n=9)在96.6%~103.3%之间;样品测定结果显示在灵芝孢子油脂肪酸中,不饱和的脂肪酸约占总量的76.41%,以油酸和亚油酸为主,饱和脂肪酸以棕榈酸和硬脂酸为主,约占总量的18.05%。结论:该方法可作为检测灵芝孢子油中7个脂肪酸的推广方法。

Objective: To develop a method for the determination of 7 fatty acids(nutmeg acid, pentadecanoic acid,palmitic acid,heptadecanoic acid,stearic acid,oleic acid,linoleic acid)in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil using gas chromatography(GC).Methods: The chromatographic column of HP-FFAP and the method of temperature programmed were adopted for quantitative analysis of 7 fatty acids in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil.Results: The linearity of 7 fatty acids in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil was good,RSD of repeatability was with less than 3.0%,and the average recoveries(n=9)were 96.6%-103.3%.The results showed that unsaturated fatty acids,rich with oleic acid and linoleic acid,accounted for about 76.41% of the total fatty acids in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil,saturated fatty acids,mainly as palmitic acid and stearic acid,accounted for about 18.05% of the total.Conclusion: The method has been successfully applied in determination of 7 fatty acids in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil.
