便携式拉曼光谱仪无损测定玻璃瓶装液体制剂的影响因素探讨

目的:探讨拉曼光谱仪用于无损测定玻璃瓶装液体制剂的影响因素。方法:使用OPAL-3000型拉曼光谱仪测定环境光、水、玻璃的拉曼信号,应用EssentialFTIR软件处理,分析环境光、水、玻璃的拉曼信号对测试的影响;同时使用拉曼光谱仪无损测定左旋奥硝唑注射液样品。结果:环境光、水、玻璃的拉曼信号是影响玻璃瓶装液体制剂拉曼光谱无损测定的主要因素。应用EssentialFTIR软件处理,可以扣除环境光、水、玻璃对左旋奥硝唑注射液拉曼信号的影响。结论:通过EssentialFTIR软件扣除环境光、水、玻璃的拉曼信号影响,并通过左旋奥硝唑注射液试验验证,拉曼光谱仪可以达到无损测定玻璃瓶装液体制剂的目的。

Objective: To investigate the influence factors of Raman on nondestructively determining liquid pharmaceutical in glass bottles.Methods: A OPAL-3000 Raman spectrometer was used to collect the Raman spectrum of ambient light, water and glass bottles. Essential FTIR software was used to study the effect of ambient light, water and glass bottles on Raman spectrum. The portable Raman was also used to do non-destructive determination of S-ornidazole samples.Results: Ambient light, water and glass bottle is the major factors that affect the nondestructive determination of liquid pharmaceutical in glass bottles by portable Raman. However, the Essential FTIR software could be used to subtract the effect of ambient light, water and glass bottles from the Raman spectrum of S-ornidazole.Conclusion: By subtracting the influence of ambient light, water and glass bottle, Raman spectrum could be used to do non-destructive determination of liquid pharmaceutical in glass bottles. This was verified by the determination of S-ornidazole by Raman.
